Delivery And Refund Terms
Seller (Data Controller): TFT ORGANİZASYON YATÇILIK TURİZM TİC.LTD ŞTİ. (“The Company”).
The Company, through its FastToSky platform at https://fasttosky.com, acts as an intermediary service provider connecting travelers with various services offered at airports. Services include Fast Track, CIP, Lounge, Meet & Greet, and transfer services, provided by different airports or contracted partners.
2.1. Purchased services are delivered electronically via **reservation confirmation** and **e-voucher (electronic document)**. There is no physical product delivery.
2.2. Upon completion of the reservation, an **confirmation document** containing service details is automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer.
2.3. The utilization of the service is carried out within the date, time, and conditions specified by the relevant **airport** and **service provider** listed on the e-voucher.
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the commercial rules stipulated in the **Distance Service Sales Agreement**.

In the event of a valid cancellation, the Company is obligated to refund the collected fee to the customer **within 14 (fourteen) days** from the date the cancellation notification is received, in accordance with the statutory period.

4.2. Consequently, direct responsibility for **service quality, cancellations, delays, changes,** or **additional service requests** rests with the relevant **airport or service provider**.
