DISTANCE SERVICE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This agreement has been established electronically between the parties stated below.

1.2. BUYER INFORMATION:

The BUYER is the person who requests the service through the website www.fasttosky.com and confirms their contact information during the booking process.

By approving this agreement electronically, the BUYER acknowledges and undertakes in advance that they have obtained all pre-information that must be provided by the SELLER in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND PAYMENT TERMS (CANCELLATION DAY INFO)

Despite the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, the SELLER offers the BUYER the following commercial cancellation condition:

• In case of cancellation requests made **14 (fourteen) days or more** before the service start time, the BUYER may demand a **full refund (100%)** of the amount paid.
• In case of cancellation requests made **less than 14 days** before the service start time, or if the service is not used by the BUYER (No-Show), **no refund will be made.**
