SCOPE OF SERVICE AND VARIABILITY PRINCIPLES

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK

This text has been prepared to regulate the actual execution principles and operational variability risks of special passenger services (Fast Track, Lounge, CIP, Escort Services, etc.) sold by TFT ORGANİZASYON YATÇILIK TURİZM TİC.LTD ŞTİ. under the FastToSky brand (www.fasttosky.com).

This document is an **integral appendix** to the "Distance Service Sales Agreement" and "Terms of Use," and ensures the notification of the BUYER in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and related regulations. The BUYER (Customer) who purchases the service is deemed to have accepted the conditions stated in this text in advance.

ARTICLE 2 – INTERMEDIARY STATUS AND INSURANCE COVERAGE

TFT ORGANİZASYON YATÇILIK TURİZM TİC.LTD ŞTİ. ("The Company") operates as a reservation and coordination platform (intermediary) for services offered by airport authorities, terminal operators, and/or contracted ground handling providers (**"The Original Service Provider"**). The Company **is not the direct provider of the final service.**

The **"Original Service Provider"** is primarily responsible for the actual execution, operational management, security procedures, and application details of the service purchased. The Company is responsible for coordinating the reservation of these services on behalf of the BUYER. **Furthermore, our Company's insurance coverage does not cover physical damage, loss, or harm that may occur during travel or carriage; responsibility lies with the Original Service Provider.**

Data Transfer: Our Company is obliged to transfer the BUYER's identity and flight information to the "Original Service Provider" in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of service execution.

ARTICLE 3 – VARIABILITY BEYOND CONTROL AND FORCE MAJEURE

The actual execution of the services offered is subject to dynamic factors that are **outside the direct control or intervention** of our company, including but not limited to the following:

• The airport and country's **instantaneous security protocols** (terrorism, threat, alert status) and changing immediate applications.
• Force majeure events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or situations that halt airport operations.
• **Unavoidable delays** caused by congestion, strikes, flight delays, or other airline/customs/police operations.
• Instantaneous updates/restrictions made by the "Original Service Provider" (Lounge, CIP) in their own internal procedures or service content (e.g., menu, seating area, service duration).
• Decisions, inspections, or operational directives of official authorities (Police, Customs, Civil Aviation).

Due to the factors and force majeure stated above, **significant differences or partial restrictions** may occur in the final content, duration, escort procedure, or form (e.g., lounge menu content, waiting time, fast track corridor location) of the service provided to the BUYER compared to the description on our website.

ARTICLE 4 – LIMITATION OF LEGAL LIABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

Our Company undertakes to coordinate the provision of the main service category booked (E.g.: Fast Track, Lounge Use) by the "Original Service Provider."

However, **TFT ORGANİZASYON YATÇILIK TURİZM TİC.LTD ŞTİ. cannot be held legally responsible** for content differences, changes in service quality, operational delays, or restrictions arising from variables beyond control defined in ARTICLE 3, force majeure, or the direct operational practices of the "Original Service Provider."

The BUYER declares and undertakes that they are aware of and understand the dynamic and instant operational nature of airport services, and that they completed the reservation by accepting the possible differences stated in this text in advance. **The BUYER's legal objection and complaint channel regarding the quality or actual execution of the service should be directed directly to the "Original Service Provider."** Our Company is obliged to provide the contact information of the Original Service Provider upon the BUYER's request.
